MURRAY — Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee recently announced that Seth Darnell, Asst. Vice-President at The Murray Bank, has graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Paul W. Barret, Jr. School of Banking has been providing advanced banking education for over 40 years with a curriculum designed to provide a high degree of understanding of all commercial banking functions. The 2019 school was held May 19-24 on the Christian Brothers University campus in Memphis, Tennessee.
84 students completed the three-year curriculum and graduated in the 2019 class. During the program, students received over 120 hours of classroom instruction, prepared in-depth reports in eight areas of study, along with passing two exams.
Darnell has worked at The Murray Bank for 8 years, starting in 2011. He is married to Robyn Darnell and they reside in Murray, KY. They have two sons, Dex Ryan and Cash Baker.
