New Year baby at HCMC
Samuel David Gilbert, with his parents, Bill and Tara Gilbert of Camden, Tennessee. Samuel was born at 4:51 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, becoming the first baby born at Henry County Medical Center in 2022. Samuel arrived weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. He delivered by Dr. Paul Locus, OB/GYN and has an older brother who was also born at HCMC. Per tradition, the Gilberts were presented a basket from HCMC including baby items and a Walmart gift card for delivering the first baby of the new year.
