Murray felon arrested on drug trafficking charges

According to CCSO, a search warrant was obtained for a residence in Murray after a narcotics investigation had been conducted. Deputies reportedly found approximately four ounces of methamphetamine, cash and other items consistent with drug trafficking in the home. A handgun was also located and the resident, Deandre Ash, 38, of Murray, was found to be a convicted felon.

Ash was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (greater than 2 ounces of meth); possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
