PADUCAH — The Calloway County Lakers fell in their penultimate contest Monday night, a 77-59 defeat at the hands of Paducah Tilghman on the road.
It was just a three point contest at the half, but the Blue Tornado busted the game open in the third, outscoring Calloway 26-11 to take a commanding 18-point advantage to the fourth quarter, where Tilghman walked out with the win.
Cade Butler led the way with 14 points, followed by Chandler Steele, who was the only other Laker in double figures with 13 points.
The Lakers will close their season out Friday on the road against Ballard Memorial. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
